Tipp’s Under 21 team reach first ever All-Ireland decider

Tipperary's Under 21 football team have reached an All-Ireland Final for the first time in their history this afternoon after a frenetic game against Dublin in Tullamore.

The full time score was Tipperary 0-14 Dublin 0-12 which secured a two point win for Tipp.

After being seven points to three down at half time the Premier County fought back aided by a strong breeze in the second half and with late scores from Steven O'Brien and Kevin O'Halloran the Under 21s secured the historic victory for Tommy Twomey's Tipp side.

Tipp Under 21 manager Tommy Twomey spoke to Killian Whelan after the game. 

Full-time in the second semi-final it finished Tyrone 0-17 Roscommon 0-12.

The All-Ireland Final is scheduled to be played on Saturday May 2nd, it'll see Tipperary do battle with Tyrone.
