Tipp captain says securing All-Ireland Final spot a “great feeling”

The Tipperary Under 21 team made history yesterday after a two point victory over Dublin saw Tommy Twomey's side reach the All-Ireland final for the first time ever.

The Premier County outscored reigning All-Ireland champions Dublin by eleven points to five in the second half with injury time points from Steven O'Brien and Kevin O'Halloran securing a dramatic win for Tipp.

The full time score was Tipperary 0-14 Dublin 0-12.

Captain Colin O'Riordan said the victory was just one step on the way to the final. 

Tipperary will take on Tyrone in the All-Ireland Final on May 2nd after the Northern side overcame Roscommon yesterday afternoon.
