Tipperary’s Slevin defeats Gerwyn Price on PDC ProTour

Dylan Slevin recorded a massive win on the PDC ProTour this afternoon.

The Borrisokane man beat 2021 World Champion Gerwyn Price 6-4 in their Players Championship 10 first round meeting in Leicester.

The 22-year-old came from 4-2 down and won the last four legs to beat the current world number 12, with the Welshman in good form having won yesterday’s tournament on the ProTour.

Slevin went on to the second round were he was beaten 6-5 by England’s Cam Crabtree.
