Tipperary will take on Clare on Sunday, the 20th of April at the Gaelic Grounds, with throw-in at four o' clock.
That will be the second part of a double-header in Limerick, with defending league champions Kilkenny facing Galway from 2:00pm.
Tipperary booked their place in the last four thanks to yesterday's win over Cork.
They put in their best performance of the campaign to date to defeat the Rebels by 3-25 to 4-19 in Thurles.
But manager Eamon O' Shea told Tipp FM that they won't be treating the semi-final against the All-Ireland champions as a chance to avenge their league defeat earlier in the campaign.
Meanwhile, on the pitch this evening;
South Tipperary Minor A Football: Clonmel Commercials v Moyle Rovers (6:30pm, Cahir)
North Tipperary Junior B Hurling League Group 2: Nenagh Éire Óg v Silvermines (7:00pm, Nenagh).
