It’s a massive day for the Tipperary senior ladies football team today.
Ed Burke’s side take on Donegal in their final group game at 1pm in Bansha.
A win or draw for the Premier would see Tipp earn a place in the All-Ireland quarter-finals whilst a loss would see Tipp head into the relegation playoffs.
Speaking on last night’s Across The Line, Tipp manager Ed Burke says it’s a huge game for his side:
“Your whole season is defined by the game.
“We’ve been up at senior now for five or six years and we’ve been battling around relegation playoffs and relegation finals so we want to get away from that.
“We have a big opportunity on Saturday, one game, one win and we can put ourselves into an All-Ireland quarter-final and you never know what can happen from there then.”
