The Tipperary senior football team has been named ahead of Sunday’s league game with Westmeath in Mullingar.
David Power has made three changes from the team that lost to Offaly with Willie Eviston, Jack Harney and Mark Russell coming in to start for Teddy Doyle, Conor Cadell and Sean O’Connor.
