Tipperary senior camogie panel named ahead of National League

The Tipperary senior camogie team has been named ahead of the start of the National League.

Denis Kelly has named 34-players to the panel, with the Premier starting their defence of the league this Saturday against Dublin at 2pm in the county camogie grounds.

Karen Kennedy remains the team captain whilst Caoimhe Maher and Mairead Eviston vice-captain the squad.

Former All-Star forward Cáit Devane is a notable absence from the squad whilst Lucy Purcell, Sarah Corcoran, Caithlyn Treacy and Danielle Ryan all come into the panel after winning an All-Ireland minor title last year.

Meanwhile, Ciara Brennan, Sophie Pembroke, Laura Leenane and Amy Quinlisk join the squad from last year’s All-Ireland Premier Junior winning team.
