Tipperary native James Scott has gained a national role in the FAI.

The Two Mile Borris man had served as the FAI development officer for North Tipperary for the past 13 years.

However, he has now taken over as National Coordinator for Girls Emerging Talent within the FAI.

Scott takes over this new role whilst continuing his work as Ireland women’s under-17 head coach.
