Tipp senior hurlers ease past Clare

Tipp led the Banner by 13 points to 9 at the break but two second half goals from Noel McGrath and James Woodlock saw the Premier County ease past Davy Fitzgerald's Clare team. 

Oisin Langan and Ken Hogan were at the game for Tipp FM Sport.

Eamon O'Shea was pleased to have secured another two points in Division 1A. 

Tipp are included in the four teams now on four points in Division 1A, with Kilkenny on two and Clare yet to register a win in this year's League campaign despite having already played three games. 

Galway, Cork and Dublin make up the other teams on four points. 

Next up for the Premier County is Kilkenny next Sunday in Semple Stadium.

Elsewhere, in the Tesco Homegrown National Football League at full time it finished Tipperary 1-8 Fermanagh 1-9. 

In camogie Tipperary were away to Limerick in the National League, it finished Tipp 1-7 Limerick 1-13.
