David Power's men make the trip to Miltown Malbay on the back of a good showing against Waterford in the quarter finals.
Liam McGrath comes in at corner-forward in place of John Keane – McGrath scored 8 points for Tipp when the sides met in last years corresponding fixture in Semple Stadium.

Michael Quinlivan will captain the side in place of the injured John Meagher.
