Tipp lose out to Cork in All-Ireland camogie championship opening round

Tipperary have been beaten by Cork in the opening round of the All-Ireland camogie championship this afternoon.

Despite playing with the wind in the first half the Premier trailed 4 points to 6 at half time.

The trend continued in the second half and Cork ran out winners on a scoreline of 1-16 to 1-7.

However, Tipperary have three more games left in the group stage of the competition against Limerick, Wexford and Offaly.
