Tipp hurlers working from depleted squad on Sunday

The Tipperary senior hurlers won’t have a full squad available to them when they take on Cork this weekend.

They’re sweating on the fitness of a number of players – Bonner Maher picked up a hamstring injury during club action recently, and Donagh Maher, Barry Heffernan and Michael Cahill are all doubts.

Meanwhile, Jason Forde won’t be available for the game due to suspension.

However, Seamus Callanan is expected to return to action for the Munster Quarter Final following recovery from a broken thumb.

And Cork captain Stephen McDonnell says that the rebels haven’t much to worry about on the injury front.
