Thurles CBS aim for hat trick this afternoon

Thurles CBS will be looking to make it a hat trick of Harty Cup wins for Tipperary schools this afternoon.

However their opponents St Flannans of Ennis hold a record 22 wins in the Munster Under 19A hurling competition.

Nenagh CBS and Cashel Community School have been victorious over the last two years.

Thurles CBS coach – and Kilkenny native – Niall Cahill says the fact that the Premier is going for three-in-a-row shows how good hurling is in Tipp at the moment.
