The game is the first of 19 as Spurs’ home venue while White Hart Lane is undergoing redevelopment.
Chelsea are without a number of players through injury and suspension, and they also suffered a shock home defeat to Burnley on the opening day.
But manager Antonio Conte is still confident they can get a result.
