They defeated Mid champions Drom & Inch in Templetuohy last night.
Sarsfields led by 11 points to 9 at half time.Three second half goals were enough to edge them over the line running out 3-17 to 1-18 winners.
They will meet either JK Brackens or Loughmore Castleiney in the mid final.
In the North Senior Hurling Championship Kildangan and Silvermines were both victorious and are through to the semi final stage.
Silvermines played out an absorbing tussle with Roscrea and needed extra time to etch out a victory eventually winning 3-27 to 3-20
At one stage Roscrea held an eight point lead – County star Jason Forde was a key man for Silvermines as he hit 3-10.
In the other quarter final Kildandan did enough to beat Lorrha-Dorrha on a 1-29 to 4-11 scoreline in Cloughjordan last night.
The draw for the North senior hurling semi final sees Kildangan up against Portroe or Toomevara while Templederry face Silvermines.
