Nenagh-native Ryan and Reddan have both been passed fit after they returned from injury with their respective provinces at the weekend.
Boss, meanwhile, is following the return-to-play protocalls after suffering concussion during Leinster's Rabo Pro-12 win over the Dragons last Friday.
Simon Zebo, once-again, misses out despite his two-try performance for Munster over the weekend, while this Saturday's game comes too soon for Tommy Bowe and Luke Fitzgerald, who are yet to return to full fitness.
Bowe and Fitzgerald returned to training last week, and head coach Joe Schmidt says the pair may be available to face France in March, if they play for their provinces in the Rabo Pro 12 over the coming fortnight.
