The Aidan O'Brien-trained Edwulf was a winner at Punchestown last time, while Michael O'Leary's Gigginstown House Stud are doubly-represented with Road To Respect and Nambour, with retained rider Bryan Cooper opting to ride the latter.
The five-runner field is completed by Acapella Bourgeois from the Sandra Hughes stable who ran so well to finish second to A Toi Phil in a Grade 2 at Leopardstown last time.
Four face the starter for the Thurles Racecourse Rated Chase (2.40) and Sizing Platinum is sure to be all the rage for Henry De Bromhead and David Mullins on his first start since chasing home The Game Changer at Punchestown in October.
It promises to be a terrific Thursday of action at Thurles and the first of seven races is due off at 2.05.
