It also means Kane has won the golden boot for the second straight year.

Elsewhere a new look Manchester United side beat Crystal Palace 2-nil, Leicester and Bournemouth finish 1-all, West Ham beat Burnley 2-1, Stoke were 1-nil winners away to Southampton, and Swansea beat West Brom 2-1.
