The JK Brackens clubman captained the Tipp Under 21 footballers to a Munster title earlier this year and his charges went on to reach the All Ireland final only losing out to Tyrone by the narrowest of margins.

The dual star, who is currently Under 21 Football Player of the Year, is about to begin pre-season training  with his new club Sydney Swans after signing an International rookie contract.
