Tipperary failed to score in the second half of their Munster Under 21 Football Championship quarter final clash with Kerry last evening.
Despite being just 2 points adrift of the visitors at half-time it had looked early on as if Kerry would run riot as they galloped to a 5 points to no score lead within 11 minutes.
Instead Tipp settled to leave it at 7 points to 5 in favour of the Kingdom at half time in Semple Stadium.
Kerry lost two players to straight red cards in the second half but Tipp failed to capitalise on their numerical advantage.
It finally finished up Kerry 11 points Tipp 5 points.
Elsewhere Clare beat Limerick 2-7 to 10 points at the Gaelic Grounds.
