Nenagh and Clonmel Honoured at Rugby Awards

Nenagh Ormond were named Munster Senior Club of the Year at the ceremony in Cork today, after Keith Hayes' team went unbeaten in winning Division 2B of the Ulster Bank League.

Clonmel won the Munster Junior Club of the Year accolade; Denis Leamy took the team to second place in Division 1 of the Munster Junior League, while they will also face fellow Tipperary side Clanwilliam in the Munster Junior Cup Final at Musgrave Park on Sunday.

Clonmel RFC are also in the running for the Munster Junior Clubs Cup.

They will play Cobh Pirates in the semi-finals this evening, with kick-off in Cork at seven o' clock.
