Leinster head coach Leo Cullen will have to decide whether or not to recall the likes of Johnny Sexton, Jack McGrath and Jamie Heaslip to his starting line-up while Munster are expected to restore Conor Murray and Ian Keatley as their starting half-backs.
Meanwhile, Ulster and Connacht go head to head in another inter-pro derby tonight at Kingspan Stadium.

Ulster are currently one point and one place outside the play-off spots and will be desperate to return to winning ways, while Connacht will be seeking to hold onto their place at the top of the table.
