Maher says Tipp must play to full potential on Sunday

Tipperary's Brendan Maher believes they will have to play to the best of their potential to win this weekend's All-Ireland hurling final.

The Premier County's captain is set to lead his team into battle against Kilkenny at Croke Park on Sunday.

Tipp and the Cats last squared off in the Liam McCarthy Cup decider in 2014 – Brian Cody's team won the trophy after a replay.

Maher is hoping that the successes of the campaign to date will stand to the players…
