O'Grady who stepped down on Sunday night says he spoke to the Limerick Chairman shortly after leaving a voicemail and says the board tried to discredit him by stating he resigned via voicemail.

Ryan has released his own statement today saying it is regrettable that this issue could not have been sorted immediately and a resolution found but his focus now is to ensure they have the best preparation for the upcoming Munster championship game against Tipperary.
