Tipperary manager Liam Kearns says having 'leaders all over the field' has helped the county reach the last four of the All-Ireland football Championship.
The Premier County booked their place in the semi-finals for the first time since 1935 by beating Connacht kingpins Galway at the weekend.

They'll now face either Tyrone or Mayo on August 21st.
Kearns believes Tipp's success is down to the hard work of a lot of people.
