Chelsea are just one win away from the Premier League title following their 3-0 victory over Middlesbrough at Stamford Bridge last night.

Diego Costa, Alonso and Matic were all on the score sheet as the Blues propelled themselves to the title in manager Antonio Conte’s first season in charge.
