Jose Mourinho investigated for tax fraud

A Spanish prosecutor has filed a claim against Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho for two counts of alleged tax fraud.

It relates to his time in charge of Real Madrid.

Mourinho is alleged to owe 2-point-9-million-pounds to tax authorities in the country.

Meanwhile, Liverpool are close to signing ex Chelsea winger Mohamed Salah.

It’s understood a compromise is close to being reached with Roma to sign the 25 year old.

The Merseysiders had a 31-million-euro bid rejected earlier this month – the Italian side initially wanted 40-million.
