Ireland coach Joe Schmidt has confirmed that Simon Zebo misses Saturday’s second test with Japan due to fluid on his knee.
The Munster man is replaced at full back by his provincial club mate Andrew Conway.
Keith Earls and Jacob Stockdale are on the wings with Gary Ringrose and Luke Marshall in the centre.
Paddy Jackson and Kieran Marmion are the half backs.
Cian Healy, James Tracy and John Ryan are the front row with Kieran Treadwell and Devin Toner in the second row.
Rhys Ruddock captains the team from the back row where he’s paired with Jack Conan and Josh van der Flier.
