The Ireland rugby squad will return to training today in Johannesburg as they prepare for Saturday's second Test against South Africa.
The Ireland coaching staff will deliver a media update after the session, where they're expected to indicate whether or not to lodge an appeal against CJ Stander's one-week ban.

The flanker was handed the ban yesterday after his red card duirng last weekend's opening Test.
