Irish rugby squad return to camp in Belfast

In the wake of Sunday's 10-point win over England, Joe Schmidt is expected to allow several of his fringe players to return to their provinces for game time this weekend, with the rest of the panel expected to take part in an open training session on Wednesday at Kingspan Stadium.

Having come on as a sub in Sundays win Tipperary's Tommy O'Donnell will be hoping that his form has caught the eye of Joe Schmidt.

The Cahir man has impressed in both of his Six Nations appearances this year – with trips away to Wales and Scotland standing between Ireland and the Grand Slam many feel O'Donnell has done enough to secure a place on the starting 15.
