Jonathan Sexton has emerged as an injury concern ahead of Saturday's test with the Springboks.
The out-half was substituted early in the second half of Racing Metro's Top 14 defeat to Oyonnax at the weekend with what his coach Laurent Labit called a tweak of his hamstring.

Sexton will have the severity of the injury assessed today.
