It’s All-Ireland semi-final day for the Tipperary junior camogie team.
Bill Mullaney’s side travel to Ashbourne to play Armagh at 4pm, with a place in the All-Ireland Premier Junior camogie final up for grabs.
The sides met in The Ragg three weeks ago, with Tipp running out 2-12 to 1-04 winners to top their group with four wins from four.
Speaking on last night’s Across The Line, camogie analyst Geraldine Kinane is expecting a very different game today:
“That would be my worry that having beaten them by eleven points only a couple of weeks ago that the team might hear people saying ‘ah ye’ll win this’ or people kind of looking ahead to a final but this is going to be a total different game.
“If you think back to the final group game, both teams had already qualified, Tipperary were at home, Armagh travelled down the morning of the game so there’s things that went against Armagh that won’t go against them on Saturday, it’s on in Ashbourne, it’s a later throw-in time so I’m expecting an improved Armagh side.”
