The Premier County will face last year's finalists Cork in the showdown at Croke Park in a highly anticipated clash.
Tipp have a number of injury concerns ahead of the game…the main worries are defenders Conor O’Mahony who has a back injury and Michael Cahill who is suffering with his knee.
Both missed the All-Ireland quarter-final win over Dublin in Thurles.
Veteran defender Paul Curran is also said to be pushing hard for a place in defence.
Niall O’Meara, who started in the Munster semi-final defeat to Limerick, returned to club action with Kilruane MacDonaghs last week following injury problems and should be available for Sunday.
The team are due to train this evening in a closed session…however there will be an open training session at Semple Stadium on Thursday evening.
