Thierry Henry has retired from professional football – and says he wasn't tempted to end his career with another Arsenal comeback.

The 37-year-old French World Cup winner left New York Red Bulls earlier this month.

Henry won the Premier League twice and the FA Cup three times with Arsenal – and briefly re-joined on loan in 2012.

He says he has the desire to return as a coach one day – but not as a player.
