Tipperary woman honoured by Munster GAA

One of the main meeting rooms in Áras Mumham was renamed in honour of the late Nuala Nealon who passed away in August.

Nuala, a daughter of Tipperary hurling great Donie Nealon, served as an administrator with Munster GAA for 32 years.

Following her untimely passing, the Munster Council voted unanimously to remember Nuala’s significant contribution to the GAA by renaming the Munster Room to become ‘Seomra Nuala Ní Nialláin’.

Members of the Nealon family, including Donie, were in attendance for the launch.
