Ed Bourke’s side were down 0-06 to 0-00 at half time but two second half goals from substitute Kirsty Crotty Ryan helped steer Tipp to victory.
The win lifts Tipperary out of the bottom spot in Division 2 ahead of next weekend’s home tie against bottom side Westmeath.
