Tipperary ladies senior football manager Shane Ronayne is hoping his side can start to see out games from winning positions.
The Premier County have led in games against Dublin and Waterford but allowed their opponents to snatch draws.
Tipp travel to Galway this weekend and Ronayne says the players are ready and determined.
