Four games are down for decision across the top three grades, with all games getting underway at 7.30pm.
In the senior grade, newcomers Lorrha meet Loughmore-Castleiney in Nenagh, with the game live on Tipp FM in association with REA Eoin Dillon, Nenagh.
Lorrha captain Michael Dolan says they are looking forward to mixing it with the best teams in the county.
“Obviously we are delighted after winning the premier intermediate last year to get back up to senior, it was a good number of years since Lorrha were last senior so we’re just looking forward to the challenge now.
“There’s a good mood around the parish and in the club as well and we got a taste of it (senior level) against Nenagh and after that match we’ve been firmly focused on the match against Loughmore coming up.”
Elsewhere in the premier intermediate championship this evening, Burgess and Killenaule meet in Templederry whilst Upperchurch-Drombane meet Carrick Swan in Littleton.
There’s one game in the intermediate grade tonight, it’s the meeting of Portroe and Drom-Inch in Toomevara.
All games throw-in at 7.30pm.
