Tipp will look to build on their impressive start to the National Hurling League this weekend.
The Premier opened their Division 1A campaign with a 3-25 to 2-16 victory over Galway in Salthill.
Wexford provide the opposition this Sunday in Semple Stadium.
Local analyst JJ Kennedy says a win over the Slaneysiders would set Tipp up nicely for the remainder of the League.
“You have this away win against Galway – you have a big score difference up. You’re in a strong position to go at the Wexford match. Wexford a team that is in trouble after the walloping they took from Cork and having one of their best players sent off.
“So in theory if you got a win there – two wins in an ideal world and in theory I suppose might keep you out of relegation. It’s not guaranteed of course – it depends on other results or on how the thing pans out.”
Throw-in is at 3.45 on Sunday and Tipp FM will have full live match commentary in association with Arrabawn Stores.
