Tipp hurlers to face Laois in preliminary quarter final

Tipperary have discovered their opponents for next weekend’s All-Ireland Senior Hurling preliminary quarterfinal.

The Premier will travel to O’Moore Park in Portlaoise to take on Laois.

That’s after the result of yesterday’s Joe McDonagh Cup final which saw Kildare beat Laois 2-26 to 1-19.

The winners of Tipp versus Laois will meet beaten Leinster finalists Galway in an All-Ireland quarterfinal on the weekend of June 21st.

A full fixture for next weekend’s clash with Laois will be confirmed today.
