Liam Sheedy has been ruled out of the running to become the new Offaly hurling manager.
The two-time All Ireland winning manager with Tipperary had widely tipped to be replacing Michael Fennelly in the Faithful County.
But despite the links, Offaly have decided to look elsewhere.
