The Tipperary senior hurlers are going in the right direction according to captain Ronan Maher.
The Thurles Sarsfields clubman leads his team to Nowlan Park on Sunday to play Kilkenny at 1.15pm in the National Hurling League.
The Premier currently sit in first place in Division 1A with three wins from four matches so far.
Speaking to the GAA’s media team, Ronan Maher says there’s been plenty of positives in the league to date.
“It’s been a good start to the league, which has been a very competitive league this year I think especially with the few changes in the teams and stuff like that so it’s really competitive and really good for everybody involved.
“Three wins is a good start for us and another tough one coming next weekend against Kilkenny but we’re going in the right direction, getting lots of new heads in as well which is very good and getting them a bit of experience on the pitch as well is always very good so happy with start.”
Tipp FM will have live commentary of Sunday’s game at 1.15pm with thanks to Arrabawn Stores.
