Limerick will be without two of their best young hurlers for Sunday’s Munster Championship semi final with Clare in Thurles.
Shannonsiders boss John Kiely has confirmed to the Limerick Leader that Diarmuid Byrnes and William O’Donoghue will miss the game.
Both players are ruled out injured.
Gearoid Hegarty is also only rated at 50-50 for the match.
