Tipp senior hurling selector Declan Laffan has been announced as manager of Offaly club Kilcormac – Killoughey.

The Loughmore – Castleiney clubman brings an impressive resume to the position having guided his own club to the Tipperary Senior Hurling and Football Championship double in 2013
