Tipperary must find consistency in their performances this weekend according to a local analyst.
The senior hurlers take on Waterford in their final round robin game in the Munster championship on Sunday at 2pm in FBD Semple Stadium.
A win for the Premier would guarantee Liam Cahill’s side a place in the All-Ireland series.
However, speaking on Extra-time, local analyst JJ Kennedy says Tipp will have to raise their game once again on Sunday.
“The challenge now is that we have to come again on Sunday and this is a big one. This is a big challenge because there is this element of up and down I think with the team. Bad in the League final, very good against Limerick, bad against Cork, very good today.
“And there was a little bit of that seesawing last year as well so you just hope maybe at this stage that there is a building of something and that they can come up with a big one.”
Tipp FM will have live commentary of Sunday’s game with thanks to The Arch Bar & De Faoite Restaurant, Thurles.
