A 64th minute free rescued Our Lady’s Templemore from the brink of Harty Cup defeat this afternoon.
The Munster and All-Ireland Harty Cup Champions were in action in Dundrum in the quarter final stages of the competition.
Our Lady’s Templemore overcame John the Baptist, Hospital – 1-14 to 16 points.
Meanwhile, in Clonmel, Thurles CBS lost out by a single point to Midleton CBS of Cork
The final score there was Middleton 15 points – Thurles CBS 1-11
Our Lady’s will now meet Middleton CBS in the semi-final on the 27th of January.
