Former Westmeath and Waterford manager Michael Ryan says Tipp will be a force to be reckoned with in this years championship.
The Ballymacarbry native has been impressed with the Premiers performances against Waterford and Cork in the Munster campaign this year.
He feels Liam Sheedy’s side are back to the Tipp of old.
