Cahill would welcome Barrett back to hurling panel

Tipperary corner back Michael Cahill says he’d like to see Cathal Barrett come back into the fold for the senior hurlers.

Barrett was dropped from the panel halfway through the 2017 season, and has not featured since.

Thurles Sarsfields Michael Cahill says it’s down to the management, but has said he regards the Holycross/Ballycahill clubman to be the best corner back in the country.

Cahill says he think Barrett will get the call up.
