This week sees the commencement of the Cahill Cup senior hurling competition in Mid Tipperary with the quarter finals taking place on Tuesday and Wednesday evening.
On Tuesday, Upperchurch Drombane takes on JK Brackens in Drombane while 2016 winners Moycarkey Borris face Holycross Ballycahill in Littleton and Thurles Sarsfields face Clonakenny in Clonakenny. All games have a 7.30 throw in time.
Meanwhile on Wednesday evening, Loughmore Castleiney travel to the Ragg to take on Drom Inch at 7.30.
