Tipp travel to Carlow for their opening game in Division 4 of the National Football League tomorrow.
The Premier have a lot of new faces and a new backroom team heading into the 2025 campaign.
Chair of the Tipp Football Board Fergal McDonnell says it will take time form things to come together.
“A new Tipperary team and basically new management – a lot of new young players coming in. It’s going to take a bit of time in my opinion for a lot of these players to bed in and get settled in. So all we’re hoping for is that these players go out and perform on the day.
“We all hope for a victory but we hope that we do get a good result.”
Throw-in is at 6 o’clock on Saturday evening in Cullen Park and Tipp FM will have live coverage in association with Mother Hubbard’s, Cashel.
And you can hear the full interview with Fergal O’Donnell on Across the Line with Stephen Gleeson here on Tipp FM this evening.
